Last friday was my last guide meeting. Deep down in my heart, i do feel sad. However, on the bright side, i actually saw my sec 3 guides growing into leaders. They may not be exactly ready to lead the juniors and bringing guides up to the next level. Yet, i choose to believe that with constant encouragement and guidance from us, they can exceed their potential. Today, it felt like a whole new adventure for me. I no longer have to attend regular guide meetings, leading the juniors. Now, i can actually take a step back and watch them quietly. This experience is kinda different! Then, i also saw scouts having their POP. Its really different compared to the previous years where guides and scouts used to have combined POP. I'm really excited to see what the juniors are going to put up for us this friday... =) Haha.. i still have lots of stuff to prepare for POP... and my speech too! hmm, i shall get going now! have to study ler... will definitely post about POP! =D
