Yesterday during AC when i watched the video on how the church has impacted the society, I felt that i had to do something. If i can spend hundreds on shopping, and spend freely on food, why can't i just donate dollar to every needy person on the streets? By buying one less piece of clothing, i can actually contribute to $2 each to 15 other needy people. ( considering that i buy an average priced shirt, which is about $30)
God has blessed me and provided me with everything that i need. So how can i not use the blessings that he has given me to bless others? Afterall, he loves them equally like how he loves me...
Therefore, i have made a resolution. I will start by spending less on myself and try to give to those who needs it more than i do. I shall start by giving $10 every month... and I am sure that with this, i can impact someone's life. But then again, this is definitely not enough. There is so much more i can do for these people... and i pray that God will one day use me in a great way to bless all these people. =)
